CAN I ORDER A SAMPLE OF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?

Samples are available for a variety of products.  Please email us at customerservice@myeventsupplies and let us know which sample you would like.  There is a nominal fee for each sample.  Samples of personalized products will often include sample personalization.

Express: $18.00

(Orders over $300.00 may require additional shipping charges)

 

TO HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO, USA:

Ground: $19.75

Express: $33.75

CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?

We stand behind our products 100%.  If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 10 days for a refund*.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.  Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product.  Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

IMPORTANT

No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned.  Candles shipped by ground during summer months cannot be returned.

NOTE: Colors may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product.  Althought it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme.  Products seen on the website do not always represent an identical color match.  Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
